Though you can quickly tell us of a computer problem from the homepage, you can use this page to explain your problem in detail. You can enter all the necessary details including the category your problem falls in, Amount of Physical Memory, CPU Speed, Operating System and so forth.

This page contains the list of all solved problems (recent five shown) in all categories. Once your questions is answered, this page is where the problem will appear the first.

If you are good at computers, at least in a specific field of computers, you can yourself start answering questions. With this page, you can apply to become a contributor, and answer questions. [More queries are available in FAQ]
