ComputerBites End User License Agreement (EULA) and Privacy Statement
This legal agreement ("Agreement") is made between You and Us. This Agreement, as it may be amended from time to time, applies to all those applying for a contributor ComputerBites.
Please read this Agreement carefully before applying for a contributor on ComputerBites. By filling in the form on the page 'http://www.computerbites.com/apply', answering two questions asked in the follow-up email and thus getting accepted, You become a “CB Contributor”, and You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT FILL IN THE FORM ON THE PAGE 'http://www.computerbites.com/apply'. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY US AT ANY TIME, EFFECTIVE UPON NOTICE TO YOU, WHICH NOTICE SHALL BE DEEMED TO HAVE BEEN PROVIDED UPON OUR EMAILING YOU AT THE EMAIL ADDRESS THAT YOU HAVE PROVIDED TO US.
In this Agreement, the following terms have the following meanings unless the context requires otherwise:
"Agreement" means the agreement between You and Us incorporating these terms and conditions, as amended from time to time in the manner set forth herein; "We, Us, Our and CB" means ComputerBites Website; and “Contributor” means the the person who registered with us: by filling in the form at 'http://www.computerbites.com/apply', answering two questions in the follow-up email in the email address provided to us in the form, and who has been accepted by the ComputerBites Webmasters Team as an answerer on ComputerBites answering up to two questions each day.
ELIGIBILITY: MINORS MAY NOT BECOME CONTRIBUTORS. By applying for a contributor using Our system, You represent and warrant that You are at least 18 years old. You represent and warrant that You have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
AGREEMENTS:
1. We agree not to transmit any of your information except your email address registered as (yourname@computerbites.com) unless required to do so under law.
2. We agree to provide you with three email accounts under (yourname@computerbites.com) with unlimited storage and ten sub-domains under (yourname.computerbites.com) as specified in the FAQ in the page 'http://www.computerbites.com/faq', question no. 6, with the address and URL of your choice unless already chosen by somebody else.

We are entitled to investigate Your account if You have misused Our system, or behaved in a way which could be regarded as inappropriate, unlawful or illegal.
COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITY:
As a contributor, you agree that:
1. You are responsible for providing Us with accurate and truthful answers to the personal information that We request from You.
2. You are responsible for providing Us with original content that has not been replicated from other copyrighted websites and media.
3. When answering questions provided to you by the webmasters, You agree not to use abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing or racially offensive use of words and/or language.
4. If We determine, in our sole discretion, that You have violated this Agreement, We may bar Your use of Our service in the future.
RELEASE: If You have a dispute with one or more contributors or other members/visitors of the site, you release Us (and our webmasters, employees and other CB contributors) from any claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such dispute.
You certify that You have read and that You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions in this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.
